Common questions

How do I know if my HYROX split is good?
Compare it against the field rather than against a target. Enter your split for any station and this tool ranks it as a percentile among real results in your category and division, so you can see which stations are genuinely strong and which are costing you time.
Which HYROX station should I train first?
The one where you rank lowest relative to the field, not the one that feels hardest. A station where you sit in the 20th percentile has far more time available than one where you are already in the 70th, even if the second feels worse during the race.
Why is my percentile different from my finish position?
Percentiles here are computed per segment against everyone in that division across many events, while your finish position is only against the field on the day. A strong athlete at a fast event can place mid-pack while still ranking highly overall.
